read lance armstrong's book, Every Second Counts, which is a follow-up to his bestseller It's Not About The Bike,

i admit, i have a school boy fascination with his discipline and grit, but i'm going to focus on his friend, Lee Wheeler, which he mentions in passing in the later sections of the book,

Lee Wheeler believes that we shouldn't try to make great big changes that would affect the world, it would be simple to focus on things that we can change and have control of,

so Lee bought a park bench and installed it outside his house, for tired pedestrians to sit and relax their legs,  ¶ 12:53 pm
