i simply dislike people who don't plan
This is of course separate from being spontaneous - that is a totally different matter,
I'm talking about people with lots of time, experience, resources, etc, but somehow, refuse to plan and instead rely on bizarre off-the-cuff simplified solutions which almost always involve imposing their asses on others,
